3M Food Safety has introduced a new pathogen detection technology for salmonella.
St Paul, Minn.-based 3M Food Safety’s Petrifilm Salmonella Express System joins the company’s line of Petrifilm Plates, which are used by 91 of the top 100 U.S. food processing companies, according to a company release.
The Petrifilm Salmonella Express System provides a shorter time-to-result, more uniform results
